Reschedule policy

A booking can be rescheduled once. Open it under My bookings and choose Reschedule.
The reschedule charge is set per theatre, calculated on the slot price, and shown to you before you confirm.
After a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again or cancelled.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are not available online. Call or WhatsApp 63617 29855 with your booking ID.
Whether any part of the advance is refunded is decided by our team and depends on how close to the slot you tell us.
If Rosae cancels your booking, you get a 100% refund.

Theatre guest policies

Smoking and alcohol are not allowed.
Guests must be 18 or older. Children under 18 can come only as part of a group booking with an adult. Children under 5 don't count towards the guest count.
Government ID proof is required at check-in. Upload it on the website before your visit, or show it at reception.
Outside food is not allowed. You can bring your own cake.
Reschedule and refund requests can only be processed from the registered mobile number.
Not following these rules can lead to cancellation of the show without refund.
