Reschedule policy
- A booking can be rescheduled once. Open it under My bookings and choose Reschedule.
- The reschedule charge is set per theatre, calculated on the slot price, and shown to you before you confirm.
- After a booking has been rescheduled, it cannot be rescheduled again or cancelled.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellations are not available online. Call or WhatsApp 63617 29855 with your booking ID.
- Whether any part of the advance is refunded is decided by our team and depends on how close to the slot you tell us.
- If Rosae cancels your booking, you get a 100% refund.

Theatre guest policies
- Smoking and alcohol are not allowed.
- Guests must be 18 or older. Children under 18 can come only as part of a group booking with an adult. Children under 5 don't count towards the guest count.
- Government ID proof is required at check-in. Upload it on the website before your visit, or show it at reception.
- Outside food is not allowed. You can bring your own cake.
- Reschedule and refund requests can only be processed from the registered mobile number.
- Not following these rules can lead to cancellation of the show without refund.
